ADVENTURES IN BABYSITTING

Saturday I got to babysit this sweet pea all day long for my friend.  I had her from almost 9 am to 9 pm.  For it being that long of a time, I was looking forward to many melt downs and tears, but none came!  She was so good all day.  Full of smiles, gibberish and snuggles.  She was so fun to keep.  I'm looking forward to keeping her more as my schedule allows.  She was on such a schedule is pretty easy to figure out what I needed to do next.  It all came pretty natural.  I was so nervous the day before, I'll be honest.  It was my first time to babysit a little baby.  I really didn't know what to expect.  So I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was.  And yes... she gave me a heavy dose of baby fever!  I'll share some more photos just b/c she is so darn cute!!!  She reminds me of a china doll.   (and yes, I took about 200 photos of her)

And a bunch from my phone... You can click on them to see them larger below.   When James got home he helped me out some so I could make dinner and things like that.  Him and Laurel snuggled up on the couch for a while.  It was so darn cute!
