This is what I wore to the Saves The Day concert a few weeks back.  I'm absolutely in love with Wolf Child Tees.  Ive been a fan for a long time now, and they are so so cozy, especially the looser styles.  I was very excited to find out that Sabrina, the designer, not only draws the designs but also has each style shirt custom made, choosing each fabric and cut herself.  So rad!  She is working on a new collection right now and I can't wait to see what its all about!

I don't normally wear alot of black and white, but I fell in love with this sweater along with this tee.  It's like they were meant to go together.  It was suppose to be cold at the show so I brought two sweaters, and of course ended up most of the night with both of them tied to my purse b/c I was hot.  Even in an outdoor venue, getting that many people in one space naturally heats up the place!

I could quite possibly replace all the jeans in my closet with these Pylo bells!  They are about to be coming out with a new lighter wash, so be on the lookout!  Best Jeans Ever.

outfit details: kimono c/o swell // jeans - thrifted // boots c/o blowfish shoes // crystal necklace + hornet's nest ring c/o helios jewelry // vintage oval turquoise ring c/o bella & chloe // triangle turquoise ring c/o erica freestone

It's been fun to find new ways to style my kimonos now that the weather is getting colder.  If you know me at all you know I am a KIMONO HOARDER.  But most of them are so light and airy and have big bells sleeves it can be hard to layer them under jackets or make them be warm.  I don't own many long sleeve tees at all, its just never been something I gravitate towards, but I do have just a couple basic ones.  I ended up loving this look, so I will be on the lookout for some more long sleeve tees for other color options!  I can't remember where I got this orange one a few seasons ago, but I love the way it looks with this kimono, which might be my new favorite.  It is so light and comfortable, and I'm always a lover of paisley prints!

My dark hair has really grown on me.  I think I'm almost loving it more than the ombre now.  And believe it not it has not faded to any funny colors on the end where it was super blonde!  I was worried I was going to have to do a couple takes but it blended in perfectly after a few washes and does not seem to be fading out!

Yesterday James and I went to Austin to go see Saves The Day play!  It was a fun night, but Ill share more about it in another post.  I have several things I need to attend to today... I'm about to post another giveaway so don't forget to check out all the giveaways going on right now.  The first ones are ending already.  I'll be emailing the winners within a few days of each giveaway closing.  I added a scrolling widget at the bottom of the homepage for giveaways yesterday so now you can easily see if there are any new ones available from the front page!

This outfit was inspired by this little black number from Swell.  There a million and one ways to style up a simple black dress, which is what makes them a great staple for your closet.  I'm excited to have a long sleeve one for this winter.  It will be so cute with thick leggings, knee high socks, boots and a jacket.  (already planning...)

I feel like Ive been processing a whole lot during this Mercury Retrograde.  Alot of going within.  Seeing what Ive been shedding over the past few months.  Thinking and dreaming about the future.  Feeling lots of wonderful highs, and lows.  Ive been shifting and changing things on the homefront alot to make our space feel more content and at ease.  De-cluttering, which feels like it might take a lifetime.  But one little corner of life at a time, its happening.  And it feels so good each step of the way.

I had a major crash the day or so after my magazine was released.  I think from the build up for months before the release, and then the excitement of the release, it finally all came crashing down.  But I spent the night in the tub, completely feeling all that was coming forward within, and I felt so much better by the next morning.  I didn't fight the feeling, or get angry at myself for feeling blah when I should of been feeling ecstatic.  I just allowed.  This can sometimes be such a hard thing to do.

This eclipse season has brought alot of changes.  Some really good ones too.  Some new perspectives.  New surges in relationship (good and bad).  Some getting to the core of things.  And soon, we get yet another partial eclipse.  These times remind me of the A.A. saying 'It works if you work and it won't if you don't.  It truly is a true statement, and a wonderful mantra.
