I just wanted to say
thank you to everyone for the wonderful feedback I received on my latest
lookbook for
Roots and Feathers. I had so much fun creating it, and look forward to making many more in the future. (I also have one coming up that Im doing for another company that Im excited about). This look below was the majority favorite, thank you! Ive had several people ask where I got the dress in this photo... its actually a halter top and open in the back, and Ive had it since I was about 15. I think the only time I actually wore it out somewhere was to a Tori Amos concert! And these amazing shoes are Michael Kors that I found at Ross for cheap! I was stoked!
You may have noticed that the whole look of the blog has changed over the past day or so. I spent most of yesterday working on the revamp. Ive been wanting to make a more cohesive blend between my two shops, Roots & Feathers and Violet Bella, and I think I finally have done just that. Its been a long process of blog changes to finally get there. Im still working out some kinks, some of the link under the 'link' section are currently not working, but Ill get there...

Tomorrow is me and my boy's 4 year wedding anniversary! Its pretty amazing how fast it has gone by. So much has happened in our lives in a mere 4 years, talk about change. We will be celebrating it next weekend when we go see Rocky Votolato at Stubb's. I think seeing him when he comes there may become a tradition... Its the perfect place to see a show like that. I have a feeling this next week is going to fly by!
