Most of you know by now my obsession with
Instagram. I kind of can't seem to stop taking them! But as much as I love the super quick capability of capturing random daily moments, I don't like that I don't have any hard copies of my photos anymore. Going to drop off your film at the store and waiting for prints is no longer a part of my life. For a long time now I've been wanting to create some photo books of our favorite memories, and I finally did so a while back with
Blurb. I'm pretty much in love with Blurb. They are so easy to use, and very affordable compared to other book makers online.
I made one for James for our anniversary in September. I called it Twenty Seasons, to mark our 5 year anniversary. I love that you can title it yourself with anything you want! I made another one just for fun of other sweet memories. These two books I used all Instagram photos, but you can use any photos through Blurb. And the cool part is you can layout each page however you want. You can even write words on each page if you want, there are so many options. I just went for a super clean and simple layout with these. It lets you automatically upload your pics from Instagram, so it is seriously so simple!
I think these would make amazing christmas gifts... Or gifts for any other season or special moment. Or keepsake for your childrens photos. Or to have a hard copy of your best photography work to show clients. So many endless possibilities.
