THREADS - HIPSTO STYLE

A few times over the past few weeks I have taken some super quick outfit photos with my phone.  The ultimate in laziness.  But some days I'd like to capture my outfit but am either short on time, or just don't feel like fooling with the big camera and tripod.  I wasn't sure if I was even going to share these... but I've done it so often lately, I might as well.  I might mix some in here and there with my regular outfit posts.  All the colors are a bit off of the original since these all have phone filters on them.

outfit details:  top - obella organics // velvet pants - threadsence // boots - blowfish shoes // necklace + bracelet - spiral drift // purse - christi jay

I'll be back tomorrow with an amazing giveaway from Gaia Conceptions!  Her work is stunning, someone is going to be a lucky lady!

TEXAS HILLCOUNTRY SUNSET

I thought this monday morning I would start of with sharing something calming and relaxing before I focus on all the needs to be accomplished today.  This was the beautiful sky out at my parents house the other night.  The sky was so beautiful I ran back to the car to grab my camera.  The prettiest part had already past by the time I got back, but I was able to capture the last little bits of the watercolor sky as it was going down.  It was magical.  I have been noticing alot of pink skylines at dusk lately.  Our earth is the most beautiful original art there is.  Amazing.  Its like watching a performing artist, as it changes and molds into something new every few seconds.  I think my favorite place in the world to see the color pink is in the sky.

I feel like my heart could just burst with how much Im going to miss this place once it sells.  I can hardly bare to think about it.  But Im going to stop there, b/c this is suppose to be a peace-full post.  Yes. Much love to everyone today as we carry out our busy mondays, feel the holidays creeping up on us, and all that goes along with that.  Let's try to carry some peace in our hearts and minds as we go about our day.  Take time to stop and breathe as you can.  Take time to stop and notice the little moments.  Walk away and stare out a window for a moment if that is all you can get around to doing.  Or when nightime comes, do something to center yourself back with the earth before you crawl into bed.

It's going to freeze tonite in the hillcountry!  So you can bet we will be building fires all night and drinking some hot chocolate.

THREADS - PLUM & ORANGE

outfit details:  hat - target // sheer dress - UO // purple slip - lune vintage // boots c/o bcfootwear // sweater + 3 stone ring + cuff bracelet - f21 // purse - christi jay // necklace - spiral drift // black stone ring - gifted from spirit y sol

What I wore on our little date around our town the other night for the christmas lighting.  We were a little disappointed with the outcome of people.  In years past the streets of our town are just flooded with people, but not that we saw this year.  Unless we just showed up at the wrong time.  But we still enjoyed a night out with each other.  I'm a bit obsessed with this hat I found at Target.  Ive worn it about 10 times since I got it just a few shorts weeks ago.  I'm becoming more and more a hat person, where as I used to just feel so silly in them.  They are starting to feel really normal on my head, and I like that!  And is that moon necklace not just amazing??  Yes, its no secret that Spiral Drift is my favorite jewelry designer... Love love love.

I've been up since 4:30 this morning.  I'm already wanting a nap and its only 9:30, yikes!  This day shall be interesting.  I have some custom orders Ill be working on, as well as other shop orders.  We are getting closer and closer to christmas, so if your wanting to order something to arrive in time, please make sure to order soon.  For those of you who follow my fanpage on facebook, there might be a secret discount code for you ;)  It only lasts for one more day!

I think I need to go make myself a yummy breakfast and wake up!  Have a great day!
