Thought Id give you a preview of what is to come in the shop very soon!  The top breastplate is the only one already in the shop, and is limited quantity.  The rest Ill be uploading as I find the time over the next few days.  Today I'm headed into my studio to do a big clean up so I can get in there and really focus on custom orders, and make another huge mess ;)  Its another rainy day outside... which is probably a really good thing to make me just focus on getting things done on the studio front.

All I have been able to accomplish the last 2-3 days has been working on invoices for the new PRE ORDER Dylan Tee (and still have a few more to go)... By yesterday afternoon I was so dazed from starting at the computer screen I pretty much crashed and burned and sat on the couch for the rest of the night and could barely move, ha ha!  I do not envy people who do data entry for a living!  Man, it drains you.  But, we are seeing the home stretch and are so flippin excited and grateful that it FAR surpasses the duties of getting it done!  And James made his first ever phone call yesterday to hire an assistant for when we actually start making the shirts!  Kind of cool!  This couldn't of happened at a better time honestly.  James has been in a bit of a funk for a while (just bein' real) and kind of sad about how his business was progressing, among many other things in his life right now.  This whole Dylan Tee success has literally parted the clouds over his head and its been so beautiful to watch.  I'm so happy for him!  It also happened at the right timing for space too.  Since we just got my parents shed moved to our house, we have been emptying our garage that has been soooo full of stuff that he couldn't work back there anymore.  He has been screenprinting on a tiny card table in our back room, that is also cluttered.  So this week, we are also focusing on continuing to clean up and re-organize our garage so we can get Skyline Fever back into production mode in there.

If you ordered your Dylan Tee before Wednesday you should of already received your invoice.  Please check your email or paypal to find it.  All invoices must be paid by Monday to be included.  The few invoices we have not sent out yet will be sent by today.  You can still order through Monday.  We are doing our best to stay on top of the emails and questions as they come in.  Just message one of us if you have any questions!

So, the other day I decided to straighten my hair... something I haven't done in months, and was pleasantly surprised to learn how much I loved it.  Ive never really been into spending ANY time on my hair.  Most days I just let it air dry out of the shower, or twist it up in a bun for a while if I want it to be wavy, and then just tossle it with my fingers.  I feel like I don't quite understand hair the way some girls do... I'm not good at curling it, and when I do it only lasts for 30 minutes anyway... I see all these amazing hair styles everywhere but haven't quite mastered any of them myself... Um... maybe b/c I don't spend alot of time doing my hair, ha!  I think I don't have the patience for it honestly.  I like to be able to get dressed, put my makeup on and be ready within 15 minutes.  All this to say... I'm glad I took the time to straighten it now that it is long, b/c I did love it!

The other day we popped into a Goodwill we have never ventured into before and I scored these jeans.  It's hard to find skinnies that actually fit my legs b/c I'm a shorty... They are usually way long, so I was one happy little girl!  Other than that, the place was a bomb and I doubt we will be going back.  Man do I wish we had the kinds of thrift stores Austin has around here... although most of them are way overpriced.  Thrifting is not what it used to be when I was 15 and you could grab an amazing vintage bag for $.99c.  With the exception of the few adorable granny and pop ones we have out here.  I think those are my favorites.  Although maybe since I don't live in Austin, I just don't know where the good ones like that are... I need to do some more exploring...

Anyway, I'm a rambler this morning... The past two days I have been unexpectedly consumed with tshirts orders for my hubbies new Dylan shirt!  We are taking pre-orders for them through this coming monday and we are blown away with the response, literally.  We had no idea people would love this shirt so much, I mean I know how much I love it... but wow!  There are alot of camfire junkies, moonlighters, whiskey drinkers and dylan lovers out there!  Cheers to that!  We cannot thank you enough for this amazing response!  If you missed it, check out this post here to find out all about it.

I have fallen a bit behind in my own shop, and my house work... so hopefully today I can squeeze in some good lovin' on both of those fronts.  If you are waiting to hear from me on etsy, I'll be there as soon as I can!  I haven't forgotten about you!   As of midnight last night we got most of the invoices sent out for the shirt pre-orders, and hopefully by today we will be caught up, so check your emails!

THANK YOU!!!!

3 WAYS TO STYLE A TEE

Laura wearing Skyline Fever
Laura wearing Skyline Fever

Since we are taking pre-orders for this new Skyline Fever shirt this week, I thought it would be fun to share a few different ways to style a tee.  I think so many people think tees are just for jeans, but that is so not the case!  Here are just 3 examples of my favorite ways to wear a tee.

For the first look I paired it with cut offs and a kimono, and for an extra pop I added a little crochet vest.  A very simple way to add some flavor to cutoffs and a tee.  Still very casual and laid back and easy to wear, especially with moccs.

For the second look I paired it with my favorite Novella Royale bells and a fringe leather jacket.  This is probably my favorite go to fall look, a pair of bells, some sort of jacket or sweater, boots and a tee.  Can't beat it.

For look 3 I chose something a bit lighter and more feminine for spring days, day dates and days you just wanna feel a bit more girly but still be casual and comfy.  Would look super cute with flats too for extra comfort.  This was layered over a dress, but it could of just as easily been a skirt.

We are taking PRE-ORDERS for this shirt through Monday only.  If you want the details check this blog post here.

FAQ'S:

What is the sizing like on this shirt?

They run small to true to size.  Fitted, but not super tight or loose.  See this sold out listing for a reference.  I am wearing a medium, and I am 5'2" & 120 pounds.  (https://www.etsy.com/transaction/102307460?)

Are these girl sizes or unisex?

They are girl sizes unless you want larger than an XL.  We can get up to a 3XL in the unisex.  The only difference in the unisex shirts is the neck is slightly higher.

These can be ordered for you guys out there too!  Just make sure to specify you want a MENS when ordering.

Is paypal the only way to pay?

For pre-orders, YES.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I get these on a tank top instead?

Yes, for the Pre-order period only, we are accepting custom orders for Racerback Tank Tops instead of tee shirts.  Please see this listing for a size/style reference.  (https://www.etsy.com/listing/179712183/fight-for-life-and-love-tank-top?ref=related-4)

Can I get a different color ink?

NO.  For these we are only doing them in black ink.

How long before the shirts will be shipped out?

We do not have a solid date, but are shooting for Mid to Late April, but could possibly be sooner!  (please do not order if you need it before then)

Can I order more than one?

YES.  Just let us know how many and what sizes in your request.  There will be NO extra shipping costs for ordering more than one.

When will the other designs be released?

We are honestly not sure.  We will be creating each one in small batches, so until further notice it will be a surprise.

CAMPFIRE, MOONLIGHT, WHISKEY, DYLAN...

Sounds like the perfect evening to me...
